Joanna Rader (b. 1993) in Eisenach, Germany, lives and works in Berlin and Weimar. Joannas work is recently inspired by her own socialization within the Catholic Church, her ambivalence about the system that comes with a self-reflection of an intrinsic faith and the church as a system to criticize. The artist works on different formats with oil, acrylics and pastels, often used as a mixed technique.
